All prices are in U.S. Dollars and do not include shipping. We collect sale tax for state of Indiana. Prices are subject to change without notice. Sale prices are in effect for the specified time period only. Errors, misprints or malfunctions on the website prices will not be honored.
The following forms of payment are accepted by Armia Militaria. All orders must be paid in full before shipping.

The website has the most up to date inventory information
We do not offer backorders – if it is not available right now you cannot order it. Since some of the item we offer take extended time to be delivered to us It would be unfair for us to take your hard earn dollars and not ship something right away
SHIPPING IN THE USA
Online order via website will be shipped using US Postal Service. First Class, Priority Mail and Priority Mail Express are available at additional cost . APO/FPO orders are shipped US Post. Now to spell it out to some of you - Whatever USPS call it none of the shipping services guarantee delivery date or time except Priority Mail Express (and even that has some limitations and restrictions) so plan ahead if you need something for event. In conclusion Armia Militaria don't and won't be responsible for delays of package deliverers but we are sure your local Post Office will be more then glad to hear from you and support you in any way they can. For more information on shipping services or filling complain with usps visit your local post office or www.usps.com. Prices are calculated using USPS calculators and are set by them, If cost of shipping does not look right to you please let us know and we will look in to it. Contact us . If shipping runs lower then price you paid difference will be refunded. We ship packages everyday so Your order will ship in most cases next business day. Orders paid with Pay Pal will ship to address attached to your Pay Pal account. We also offer FedEx Ground service their service is usually cheaper for heavier items
All international packages are shipped via US Post's Express Mail Service (EMS) or US Global Priority which ever offer tracking numbers for your Country. if calculated shipping seems little off please contact us and we will calculate proper charges. We don't ship international orders using FedEx
Please allow at least 1-2 weeks from the time you place your order until you receive it.
Duties and Taxes
The customer is responsible for paying any and all customs duties, fees or tariffs charged by their country.
Delivery to Re-enacting Event
Items can be delivered and pick up at the re-enacting events. For specific information please contact us
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
Please contact us before you return an item back to us. If the product is in any way unsatisfactory ship it back in the original condition within 10 days for a refund or exchange. Refunds will be made via the original method of payment, excluding shipping and handling charges.
Return Shipping Charges - Customers are responsible for all return and exchange shipping costs. Only in cases where we sent the wrong item will we reimburse shipping charges. Expedited shipping charges back to us will not reimburse without prior approval.
Returns will not be accepted
- The item was received by the customer more than 10 days previous to it being shipped back to us
- The item has been modified or been used.
- The item has been washed.
- Any item that was "closeout" or “clearance” is not returnable.
Multiple/ Duplicate Orders
If you send us 2 or more email orders it is your responsibility to contact us to cancel the extra order(s). We will not refund shipping and return shipping for duplicate orders
If you do not receive your package within 2 weeks please contact us.
If the customer refuses to pick up a package from their post office or customs service, we will not refund the shipping charges. Additionally, you will be charged for any return shipping incurred by us.
